Janalyn's Mini - Makeover

A sheer veil of oil-free liquid foundation by Laura Mercier (I actually mixed in a little highlighter - also by Laura Mercier - to the Sunny Beige shade to give her skin a subtle glow) covers up fair, freckled skin quite nicely! Though I personally looove freckles!

You can't tell but she's playing with a really cute doggie here! Big shout out to Janalyn - thanks so much for being such a good sport about the lashes! Take a close look at 'em folks, those are not falsies!

Subtle colors that work well on any skin tone! Anastasia brow powder in Brunette/Dark Brown, Lancome eye shadow palette in 4Dreaming, Smashbox cream highlighter quad, Nars Orgasm blush and Toofaced lip palette from the World Domination Tour collection layered over Clinique lipstick in Bamboo Pink.

We kept it subtle at first.

In the end, we stuck with a subtler look for the big day.
